Aim of Course:
This course should be taken by new food handlers before they are allowed to work with food for the first time and before they progress to the formal training recommended training i.e The REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate.

The course will also meet the requirements for Induction Training of other staff who are not food handlers, e.g., Nurses, Porters, Care Assistants and Kitchen Support Staff.

Half Day

September and at regular intervals thereafter

Various - morning or afternoon

Cost:
£40 (this includes course materials and course completion certificate)
