This programme covers a range of key skills and knowledge for new or aspiring supervisors/team leaders. Subjects include: Role of the supervisor, Motivation & Leadership, Health & Safety, Managing Resources and Interviewing.

Delivery: Day Release and Distance Learning

Start Date: Regular intervals throughout the year.

Duration: 30 hours minimum, or at own pace with Distance Learning

Day: 1 day per week or one afternoon per week
