There is a need to ensure that there are no barriers to staff with a disability being able to fulfill their potential, or customers being able to access faclities and services available to others in society.  This is particularly relevant with regards to the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA).  If you provide goods or services to t he general public - whether paid for or free-of-charge - you are a "service provider" and you  have respinsibilties under the Act.
