Graduation Day
Register on Arrival
It is essential that you register with Reid Kerr staff at the official Registration Desk in the Paisley Town Hall. If you don't register we don't know you are there and your name won't be read out at the ceremony.
Full details of when and where to register will be sent directly to you once you have returned your reply slip confirming your attendance at the ceremony.
Collect Your Gown
Gowns will be available to collect on the day of the ceremony from the Paisley Town Hall between 2.30pm - 3.40pm.
You must bring your order confirmation with you.
Please ensure you return your gown after the ceremony.
Photographs
Have your Photographs taken by Success Photography, if you have requested this, in the Paisley Town Hall in the same room as the robes. Photographers will be available before and after the ceremony.
Disabled Access
We want to make the graduation as accessible as possible for both our graduates and their guests. Please let us know in advance if any alternative arrangements are required by either a graduate or guest and we will make the appropriate arrangements in advance with the venues. If you do not inform us in advance, it may not be possible to accommodate your individual needs.
Guests
Ensure your guests are seated in the Paisley Abbey by 4pm.
Graduation Ceremony
Ensure you are seated in your allocated position in the Abbey with your class and course leader. During the ceremony you will be seated alongside all our other graduates. This does mean that you won't be able to sit with your guests in the Abbey. Awards will be presented in alphabetical order by Department and courses of study.

Celebration Buffet
Following the ceremony there will be a Celebration Buffet in the Main Hall of the Paisley Town Hall where you and your guests will be joined by staff and invited guests.
