Highers Provision
Reid Kerr College offers an extensive range of Highers, which can be studied on a day or evening basis. Highers are recognised qualifications, extending the student's knowledge and understanding and providing a good grounding in the subject studied. They provide an ideal basis for progressing to further study or assisting career advancement.
Highers are available on a full-time, part-time day and evening basis.

Evening Higher classes:
Higher English Tuesday evening
Higher English Wednesday evening
Higher Human Biology Wednesday evening
Higher Mathematics Tuesday evening
Higher Psychology Tuesday evening
Evening Higher classes run from 6.00pm - 9.00pm
Intermediate 2 Courses
The College also offers a comprehensive range of subjects at Intermediate 2 level, which is equivalent to a Standard Grade at Credit Level. Courses include:
Int 2 Accounting & Finance Int 2 Hospitality: Professional Cookery
Int 2 Administration Int 2 Maths
Int 2 Business Management
A selection of National Units, including Core Skills subjects, will also be available at Intermediate 1 or Intermediate 2 level. Classes normally last 3 hours per week and are available on an in-fill basis costing £90 per unit, plus appropriate SQA Fees
