SVQ Level 4 Learning & Development
The overall aim of this course is to provide a recognised qualification for those who are involved in the delivery of learning programmes to individuals and groups. The award is more concerned with the facilitation of a broader range of learning opportunities and the contribution to an organisation's learning and development strategy. It is awarded in conjunction with CIPD (Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development) and it ensures that practitioners develop an applied professional knowledge of the principles and practices of all aspects of learning and development. Subjects include: Evaluate and Develop Own Practice, Design Learning Programmes, Agree Learning Programmes with Learners, Manage the Contribution of Other People to the Learning Process, Create a Climate that Promotes Learning, Evaluate and Improve Learning and Development Learning Programmes

Experience in a Training role at the appropriate level.
