Course Content:
There are two core units: Understand Customer Service to Imporove Service Delivery and Know the Rules to Follow When Developing Customer Service.  Candidates have a wide choice of options to suit their interests and work role.

Entry Requirements:
There are no formal entry requirements but candidates must be employees or skillseekers in an appropriate area dealing with customer care.
