SVQ Level 2 Customer Service

Course Content:
There are two core units: Prepare Yourself to Deliver Good Customer Service and Provide Customer Service Within the Rules.  A wide variety of optional units are available to suit a candidate's interests and work role.

Entry Requirements:
There are no formal entry requirements but candidates must be employees or skillseekers in a area dealing with customers.

Work based

Progression To:
SVQ Level 3 Customer Service

A wide range of career and promotion opportunities  exist within the Customer Service Sector.
