Entry Requirements
1 Higher and 4 Standard  Grades (Credit) or 4 ‘O' Grades (A,B or C) or relevant SVQ/GSVQ Level 3 or 15 relevant Units or Industrial Experience.

Study Mode
Full-Time & Part-Time or Day Release

Progression To
Final year (year 3) of the BA Hospitality Management degree and year 2 sometimes year 3 of various other degrees eg Human Resource Management, Marketing and Strategic Management.  Some hotel groups offer places on their management training schemes.
