Course Content:
Core: Contribute to positive relationships
Use support to develop own practice in children's care, learning and development
Support children's development
Help to keep children safe
Prepare and maintain enviornments to meet children's needs
Support children's play and learning
Candidates are required to select one optional unit from the following selection:
Support children and young peoples play
Support a child with disabilities or special educational needs
Support the development of babies and children under 3 years
Conrtibute to the effectiveness of teams

Entry Requirements:
No formal entry qualifications candidates must already be employed in an early years setting.
