DISTANCE LEARNING
Aim:
The Professional award is intended for the supervisor or team leader who has the authority and personal attributes to organise and direct the work of others in order to produce the desired outcomes. It is equally valuable for the person who aspires to such a role.
Length of Study:
12-15 months.
Entry Requirements:
This qualification builds on the knowledge and understanding required for the NVQ Level 3 in Management, and it is intended for those people who need to maintain and develop the effectiveness and efficiency of the operations for which they are responsible. As such individuals who have an Introductory Certificate or Team Leading Certificate or an equivalent standard in other disciplines may apply. Current management experience is desirable and may gain direct entry without prior certificate.
