Institute of Leadership & Management Introductory Team Leader Award
The introductory Team Leader Award aims to give practising/ potential team/cell leaders the foundation for their formal development in this role. The programme has two primary objectives: to assist participants in gaining the basic knowledge required by a team/ cell leader and to develop basic team leading skills. There are no formal educational entry requirements.DAY RELEASE OR EVENING

September 2008 and at regular intervals thereafter depending on numbers.
Duration:
20 hours minimum.
Day:
1 day or evening per week or one afternoon & evening per week
Time:
Day release: 9.00am - 4.00pm
Evening: 6.00 - 9.00pm
Twilight: 1.00pm - 8.00pm
