Servewise/City and Guilds Cert for Staff Working in Scottish Licenced Premises (Off Licence)
The Licensing (Scotland) Regulations 2007 (Training of Staff) states that no person other than a Personal Licence holder is to sell alcohol on licensed premises unless that person has complied with training requirements prescribed by the regulations. This course meets these requirements.
Course contents as per Schedule 1 of the Act includes: Licensing Objectives, Unlicensed Sales, Proof of Age, Units of Alcohol, Best Practice in Standards of Service and Refusing Service, Good Practice in Managing Conflict Situations
This course can be delivered in College or "In House"
