Vehicle Maintenance & Repair

The course is designed for students employed in the motor vehicle industry and is recognised and valued by employers.  This course was structured by the Automotive Skills, the Industry lead body to implement, monitor and promote standards of competence and qualifications for the motor industry.  Subjects include:  Contribute to Good Housekeeping, Health and Safety, Maintain Positive Working Relationships, Routine Vehicle Maintenance, Remove & Replace Engine Units and Components, Remove & Replace Auxiliary Electrical Units and Components, Remove & Replace Chassis Units and Components, Diagnose and Rectify Engine Systems and Components, Diagnose and Rectify Chassis Systems and Components, Diagnose and Rectify Auxiliary Equipment Electrical Faults.
