NC Fabrication & Welding

The course provides the necessary underpinning knowledge for any student undertaking a modern apprenticeship and provides a qualification suited to anyone who wishes to access an apprenticeship in Fabrication & Welding or wishes to progress to an HNC course.  The course is designed to provide the student with skills suited to employment at workshop level in fabrication and welding.  Subjects include:  IT, Fabrication & Welding Principles, together with a range of Welding, Fabrication, CAD, Graphical Communication and Materials Units, Communication and Mathematics.
