HNC Quality*
The course is designed to enable students to develop higher appropriate knowledge, understanding, attitudes and skills relating to the Quality Assurance discipline, which will allow the student to function efficiently and effectively in the Quality Field and in all management activities.
Course Content
Subjects include: Fundamentals of Quality, Management of Quality, Quality Improvement, Creating A Culture of Customer Care, Production of an Integrated Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental Systems Policy Manual, Quality Graded Unit, Assessment, Quality Project, Measurement of Quality and Auditing Management Systems.

Relevant SQA Units or other appropriate qualifications or experience.
