HNC Human Resource Management (Revised Course)
This brand new course has been designed to complement the qualifications of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. The programme is excellent preparation for those seeking employment in an HR environment and for those working in an HR environment seeking formal qualifications.
Core: Introduction to Human Resource Management; Individual Employment Relations Law/Practice; Continuing Professional Development; Introduction to Finance; Recruitment, Selection and Induction; Interviewing; Introduction to IT in Business: Word Processing, Spreadsheets and Databases; Graded Unit.
Options: Human Resource Management: The Business Context; An Introduction to Learning and Development
Completion of the above options will allow Associate Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development as well as articulation to the BA Human Resource Management at The University of the West of Scotland.
