Fresh Success
A successful 4th Annual Fresher's Fayre took place at Reid Kerr College recently with over 2,000 students visiting the event over three days. The Student Association successfully organised a fun filled information event for the students with a wide range of organisations from Renfrewshire in attendance.
Students came from classes all over the College to check out the information on offer and the great giveaways. The event was well attended with 25 companies represented including Power League 5-a-side football, Pro Life Fitness Centre, The Piazza, Renfrewshire Council Community Wardens, Targeted Advice and BSM Driving School.
The Piazza Shopping Centre in Paisley took a stand for the second year running at the Fayre and commented, "We got some really great feedback from the students and the staff at the College and all in all, we had a really successful day."
Reid Kerr College Student President John Blackburn added, "I would like to thank everyone involved in helping to make this year's Fresher's Fayre a great success and we were delighted that so many high profile businesses came along. We hope that all everyone will come back and support this great event next year."
