ILM Team Leader Award
The Team Leader Award aims to give practising or potential team/ cell leaders the foundation for their formal development. It is also appropriate for participants working from inside teams or cells, who may not be specifically designated as team leaders but who have some responsible for the group's outputs. The programme content covers the knowledge requirements of the S/NVQ Level 2 Team Leading, and the assessments may provide evidence towards a portfolio for this award. There are no formal educational entry requirements.
DAY RELEASE & EVENING OR DISTANCE LEARNING
Start Date:
September 2008 and at regular intervals thereafter depending on numbers.
Duration:
60 hours minimum or at own pace with Distance Learning.
Day:
1 day or evening per week or one afternoon & evening per week
Time:
Day release: 9.00am - 4.00pm
Evening: 6.00pm - 9.00pm
Twilight: 1.00pm - 8.00pm
