ILM Introductory Award in Supervisory Management
This programme covers a range of key skills and knowledge for new or aspiring supervisors/team leaders. Subjects include: Role of the supervisor, Motivation & Leadership, Health & Safety, Managing Resources and Interviewing.
DAY RELEASE, EVENING & DISTANCE LEARNING
Start Date:
September 2008 and at regular intervals thereafter depending on numbers.
Duration:
30 hours minimum, or at own pace with Distance Learning

1 day or evening per week or one afternoon & evening per week
Time:
Day Release: 9.00am - 4.00pm or 1.00pm - 8.30pm
Evening: 6.00pm - 9.00pm
