Mohamed Mena, 27 and Nazeih Elgehani, 47 from Libya

Mohamed Mena and Nazeih ElgehaniInternational students Nazeih Elgehani and Mohamed Mena have been studying at Reid Kerr College for the last 6 months and are attending the College as part of their ongoing Continued Professional  Development in relation to their current careers back home in Libya.  Both students are studying for a Diploma in Petro Chemical Plant Operations and have thoroughly enjoyed their learning experience at College and in Scotland.

Nazeih said, "I feel that I have had good support from the College since I arrived in Scotland.  All of the team at the International Centre at Reid Kerr have been excellent not only in helping us get settled in, but also helping us with any personal issues or problems.  I have been made to feel so welcome here, it almost feels like home!"

Mohamed added, "I have been able to learn a lot at the College in particular a greater knowledge of the Mechanical Engineering element of my course.  This has been of a great benefit to my job back in Libya.  I too have felt that the support from Reid Kerr has been outstanding and coming to a different country to live and study has been made a lot easier by the staff at the International Centre as well as all of the lecturers at the College."

Both Nazeih and Mohamed agree that their trip to Scotland has been highly successful.
