Vocational Courses
The College offers a range of full-time vocational courses. Higher National Certificate and Diploma courses are popular with international students.Studying on a Higher National (HN) course means that you study at university level, but still receive the help, guidance and individual support that the College offers. Agreements with Universities mean that a good student may move into the second year of a university course after HNC (one year of study) or third year after HND (two years of study). As studying at college costs less than at university, you can complete a university degree in the same time but at a lower cost.

Course Content
A one year HNC consists of 12 Units, while a two year HND has 30. Each unit represents 40 hours of tuition, generally with continual assessment. Work experience is an important part of many HN courses.
