Rates
All rates are exclusive of VAT and are based on bookings between 09:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
The Lecture Theatre can be charged on a Day Delegate Rate or a Room Rate and can seat up to 120 people. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and actual rates.
Delegate Rate normally includes
- Tea/coffee - on arrival
- Tea/coffee and home made scones - mid morning
- Hot/cold buffet lunch - sandwiches, savories, vegetarian dishes, fruit juice, tea/coffee.
- Tea/coffee and home baking - mid afternoon
- Facility hire and all audio visual equipment
- Support from IT/events staff if required
- Adjacent car parking
All catering is served in an adjacent seminar room.
The Seminar Rooms seat up to 70 theatre style, 50 Caberet and 30 Horseshoe & Boardroom. Rates are per day, half day or hourly. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and actual rates.
Catering is not included in the hire rates but the following can be provided at reasonable rates: Menu Choices
